Staying at the resort was a delightful experience, with a unique access via a backwater ride that set the tone for relaxation. The ambiance was serene, making it a perfect getaway. However, I encountered some issues with communication regarding our room booking and maintenance seemed to be lacking. While the staff were generally polite, the service could have been better informed. The food options were average, which didn't quite meet the standards I had hoped for given the pricing. Overall, there were some enjoyable moments, but I can't wholeheartedly recommend it.
